This is a perfect opportunity to compare the 2004 vintages of Dom Perignon and Veuve Clicquot well complemented by Chef Simon’s cuisine!
This is not an inexpensive dinner. The Dom Perignon retails at $171 per bottle and the Krug Grande Cuvee costs us $167! But, I have never been able to compare and contrast some of the great Champagnes from the world’s finest producers in the context of one dinner!
