Dom DelBene has been the heartbeat of The Carlton for the past 28 years. The familiar face and rock behind our bar, Dom has wowing guests with his unbelievable recall of drink preferences and his overall superior level of hospitality. Many of you have been asking about Dom - wondering about his surgery and recovery and asking about when he might return. Dom’s open heart surgery in July was successful but not without complications. He has been re-hospitalized twice since his initial release and his recovery is going much slower than anticipated. We do not yet know a date for his return. The slower recovery has certainly been a financial burden on him and his family. Additionally, his wife Michele has had to miss much work during this difficult time.
